I’ve been wolfing for 7 weeks and eating healthy and drinking water does allow you to maintain your wolf. The only products I’ve been using is Jamaican black castor oil and raw cocoa butter and my hair has been flourishing

I had to start over twice. I went down to a one hair now. My waves had to many forks. my beehive was looking like stretch marks bruh. I love these videos because he shows ever step. I personally only get Nature Made vitamins. Biotin and the Men's health vitamins. The serving size is only 2 gummies a day but I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. And like you said ALOT of water.
