Get the substitution bro. You can make any shinobi. +3 from +0 which can take thousands of shinos. You have time to still get more than 4000+ till anniversary so it's okay.

Hi! i have shisui at lb+2 (only lb no 4*) with old ex ult..... and i have kid sasuke lb +2 and new 4* with old ex.... who should i use? and can u tell me who is better and why?

If you have klm narurto new kit who provides protection and with nfv. You can cover enough invincibility so shiusi with no new 4* is okay. His Damage area, buffs also team eva from Lb is more than enough. Sasuke kid new lb, if you add in Sasuke kid with new lb then it will enhanced eva strip abilities but it won't provide team eva like shiusi. Since nfv will strip Eva via his Lb then you don't need Sasuke kid as much. So I'd go with shiusi new lb and 1 more jutsu

Buy all 16 logs every month in my opinion. +3 could take thousands of shinos. You have enough time to save and spare 800 shinos.

It depends. You need 1 copy of each card. There's stuff like Lb substitution and Exp exchange which is makes it easy
