There’s a school near me that’s 48 hours for 2500. They have a payment plan that’s 250 every 2 weeks. Gonna wait till I’m clean in my pee so I can change my life!

Idk why they are making it harder and harder to get a CDL. I get it's for safety, but the need for a driver right now is insane

Working through this again to make sure I sent out this point to this community on the comments, Stray Administration (channel) had me when I came to CDL, they had faster connection to the DMV offering legal training certs as well as the necessary things you need to start on your job as a truck driver, and not all was compulsory on the list...

Do u have to re take the general knowledge and air brake test again if you are trying to upgrade from Class B CDL to Class A? and do u need to go to school for the upgrade?... or just take a combination test ?..

Hey CN RECORDS, You do not need to take the General Knowledge or Air Brakes again if you already have them on your CDL class B. You WILL take another CDL road test, however - this time in a CDL Class A.

In certain ways, yes! The combo of going to our school and taking the road test with us sets a student up for success, because our training prepares you for EXACTLY what is on the road test we provide (though we do follow D.O.T.'s necessary regulations for tests).

Hey Jose. Unfortunately, licenses tend to be non-transferable between countries. You will have to first get a normal driver's license here in the USA, then go through the CDL process. Thank you for watching!

No word on any change for March! We've still got some time before any sort of change happens - estimated timing for any possible changes this year is August!

Hey Vino, thanks for the comment! Unfortunately we are not up and running there just yet - we suspect, at latest, an opening date somewhere halfway through the year. Optimistically our Baltimore team wants to get things going by spring.

Hey there! If you currently have your CDL class B permit, all you would need to do is make sure you take the remaining permit tests. For CDL class A, your permit should have "General knowledge", "Air Brakes" and "Combination Vehicle" written tests passed at the minimum!

I know this is 3 months late and hopefully someone can reply to me because i need to know this, in the State of Florida do you need any driving experience in order to get your CDL. Please be aware I mean Class E experience.

Hey 48kKnox - there is no LEGAL requirement for experience to get your CDL - however, after February 2022, all people looking to get a CDL must attend a certified CDL training program. Make sure whatever program you attend is what we call "Accredited"! Thank you for watching!
