Omg I cannot believe this today at 5:00 p.m I have given fabric for anarkali to my tailor and now I have watched this video...but bang on I have already cover all the points while shopping material and giving measurements...😀

One more variation ,at the edge of your plain skirt of anarkali (if the cloth is transparent), broad gota can be stitched from inside..to make the fall of skirt perfect and to add a light shimmer at the edge
