Its because you need WinRar. Once you get WinRar right click and where it says WinRar click extract to "NL Hybrid"

Its a false positive. It says its a virus because it injects its code into Fortnite. If it says "Virus Detected" when you download it, either turn off your antivirus or make an exclusion in your virus settings
