Yes I guess as long as you have valid visa regardless of your designation you can open.You can go to any typing center aswell.

Sa abu dhabi police app po muna may babayaran na na 205 po ata yon then after sa emirates school na website na po para sa theory module if wala pa sila face to face na training for theory test.

Hello po below po are the steps after po makapasa ng parking test Option 1: 1.Download abu dhabi police app 2. Register (if not yet registered) 3. Create username and password (if not yet registered) 4.Go to services,select issue try date 5. Fill up the location map 6. After the payment you will receive an sms indicating the date of your road test 7. The courier will contact/deliver your training permit card 8. Contact any certified private trainer to provide your road training outside Option 2: Go to any typing center to book your road test date

Yes you can but I think there are additional documents needed like tenancy contract,not sure with the documents but yes you can, I know someone got his license in abu dhabi.

Hello po so far ang nagastos ko na po ay 4,936.75 AED kasama na training sa labas, wala pa po transpo, pero para less gastos sa transpo may bus na 110 from city to mussafah.

Last nalang po ano ano yung mga babayaran for like for the book, theory test , parking test
