Ok, so this is mostly great advice. Happened to me, I focused on myself, got fitter, dressed better etc. I ignored her because my tought was if she doesnt want me then its a dead end. THIS VIDEO IS REALLY HELPFUL. I made notes out of this video.. She said" NO" on 1st March 2022. I am going through trauma, sobbing hard, not feeling hungry. for the first time I didn't feel hungry for 2 straight days, not being able to sleep, waking up after just 2-3 hours of sleep and start crying, I am going for walk 1 hour in the morning as well as in the evening.. I am doing 50-60 mins of meditation in the morning and same Duration in the evening.. Meditation and walking is helping extremely but her words are still killing me, ringing me in my ears, I am also reading books to encourage and remain motivated.. Will take few days to handle the stress and anxiety .. I am doing my best to think clearly and be in a good emotional state. I am becoming stronger, I can feel it. In the past also, I have gone through many stress and anxiety like smoking and drinking addiction. I never thought I could quit but I have done it. It was extremely painful, depressing but I know how strong I am today because of all past pains etc.. JUST WIRITNG IT OUT so that if any one is going through same, please, have faith. Trust God. He knows and decides everything which is best for us. Just accept it as soon as you can..

I personally went through a situation similar like this where I got attracted to this one girl and i got obsessed and i messed up so I did everything exactly what Jose said I leveled up my game and talked to other girls "in a friendly way" wasn't paying much attention to her anymore, and one day surprisingly she suddenly texted me she admitted that she got jealous and she regretted on pushing me away lmao
