Isme hiring process kuch bhi nahi batayi hai. Ye sab toh sabko malum hai. Main thing is that even getting referral resume is not getting shortlisted, so please don't make fool to fresher's just sake of money.

@@KushalVijay Bro I am not against you, but the things you told is already available on official Microsoft idc website, the main issue students are facing in resume shortlisting, even they added personal projects, coding contest ratings, internship experience, even after getting referral there resume is not even getting shortlisted. So you should be a guide about the issues which students are actually facing instead of giving them the information about salary which Microsoft pays.
