I noticed that highly qualified and good looking professionals are selected. And the talented or who are self driven from rural areas may not get selected. And the salary scale has gone so much lower than earlier years and it's going down. U have to be lucky to get a job with good income. High salaried people are mostly europeans and whites and very rarely indians get a job at top level. If indian gets selected salary will come sown compared to european. UAE is aiming to flourish with europeans and not Indians.

This was from FAQ section - Are associates guaranteed a job in Dubai once they finish the programme? No, there is no guarantee of a job upon programme completion. The programme does provide associates with ample networking opportunities, and many past associates have been able to secure jobs in the UAE after graduation.

I've applied for 2 years consecutively. But didn't go through. I have a Bachelor's in Electrical and MBA. Running a business since last 7 years in Cyber Security. I applied with the aim to set up in Dubai and my intro video implied my vision to scale in dubai and provide mutual benefits. Nevertheless they haven't selected, instead they prefer undergrads who can work for them as slaves on low salary.

Grate one of the core issue is unemployment in this country and second the legitimacy of the platform who claim to provide jobs. Since you have mentioned dubai government funded program people can try the opportunity as zero cost is involved and nothing to lose even they can't secure a placement. Grate initiative.

Be very careful people! Neither employers nor ordinary people in Dubai have any respect whatsoever for people who have to work to survive in life. Besides, Dubai is the brothel of the Middle East. Stay where you are or go to another country if you have self-respect.
