The worst answer you can get from a consular is 214 b for a DS-160 very frustrating

Very informative. Mine US B1/B2 visa was denied three times on Pakistani passport in London UK embassy and ONE time on British Passport denied. I supposed to travel on ESTA under VWP on British Passport but I do not get Authorised. It says you apply VISA at embassy. But when I apply at Embassy they denied my application under 214b. I don't know what to do. My sister living in USA and she is US Citizen since 2009. I DONT have any criminal conviction. I have TWO simple police cautions. One was in May 2005 "Common Assault" and Second was in Nov 2010 "Posses false/improperly obtained /another's identity document on Oct 2006 that was Provisional/Learner driving licence which was revoked by DVLA Drivers and Vehicle Licencing Agency. Both of these simple cautions are no more relevant in my DBS Disclosure and Barring Services and my ACRO Police Certificate. I have visited Pakistan, Japan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, France, Portugal and Canada. I have eTA for Canada for five years. I have TRV Temporary Resident Visa for Canada on my Pakistani passport for 6.5 years Multiple entry and I have visited Canada Three times in 2018, 2019 and 2022. I am a Genuine visitor and would like to visit my sister in Atlanta USA. What options do I have. Do I have any chances for Success. Please help and advise. Greatly appreciated.

I’m going through that right now! I’m a US citizen filed for my mom since 2018. They keep refusing to give her visa, but they keep asking for her record from 1988 cuz she got arrested while entering illegally & she asked to go back to Haiti. The consulate keep asking for those records every time we send others prove. We request her record from DHS. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find them. I don’t know what else. I wasn’t even born when my mom tried to enter. Now I’m 32🤦🏾‍♂️

Covid Vaccine card was missing on the interview date on the following day handed over to embassy so How long will it take to get a visa stamped after an interview? Waiting since October 2021

What if you are a f1 student that got out of status for more than a year?

For B1/B2 visa interview, the applicant will have to submit the waiver at the interview? or the consular officer will have to offer to submit the waiver? This process seems very complicated and stressful.

All further inquiries should be directed to NVC. Because of the time it takes to return a case and for NVC to register it in their system, it may be advisable to wait 6-8 weeks before contacting them. We hope this information is helpful.
