Clips in make me so nervous because it seems like they would cause breakage. Do they not pull your hair? Are they comfortable to sleep in? Her hair looks beautiful so wonderful job! And thank you for showing us how to use these.

Hey love, if inserted incorrect like without the braids, it definitely can but with the braids I don’t believe so. I wore mine for over three weeks recently and didn’t experience discomfort. The good thing about it is that you can always take them out and put them back in or even adjust them whenever you want.

Clip ins will diffently break your hair. I use to wear them back in the day early 90s before they we're popular. No matter how you install or how long you wear . Don't let U tubers fool you 🤦‍♀️🙉😔

Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m not trying to fool anyone, I personally wear clip-ins and have not experience breakage when I have a solid braided foundation. I do not recommend just throwing them in without a foundation, but that’s just my experience with them. My intentions are NEVER to mislead my audience, paid promotion or not! That’s why I only promote things I actually use and would recommend regardless.
