I am applying sticker visa. Do I need to buy travel insurance by myself or is it included in the visa fees and VFS provides it at the time of appointment in Visa center? If you read Documents required list then under travel insurance it is mentioned that "Travel insurance policy will be provided at the time of submission of Turkiye visa application centers"

Hi, you mentioned that we need a UK, US, Schengen or Canadian valid visa to get the Turkey e-visa. All the e-visa application forms only allow you to go ahead if you have a UK, US or Schengen valid visa. I hold a Canadian visa. Is there a catch? Am I missing anything? Can you please guide me on how I can get a Turkey e-visa when I have an Indian passport and a Canadian visa?

Thanks a lot for the detailed video. Two doubts: Do I need to visit VFS office directly to submit documents or are there any alternatives like courier options? Also; return flight tickets necessary or just one side (IND to Turkey) ticket needed for visa application?

We had to visit the VFS office but just check their website if they have included new services like picking up the documents. And you would need flight either returning to India or flying to different country.

This is incomplete information. Apart from the Fees that you have mentioned there are also Turkey visa processing fees which were around 12K. At least that's what VFS had asked us to pay. They said Getaway Globe a private company which handles Turkey Visa, charged it. Do you any idea on it?

Hey not sure what do you mean by incomplete information? The total visa fees is around 18-19k including all vfs charge + visa fees + insurance.

Hey this is a very good content! For visa application do we need to submit a cover letter? Also, if we are travelling as a couple do we need to submit individual cover letter or 2 copies of the same cover letter would work?

Thank you and appreciate your comment:) I would suggest you to create 2 separate cover letter to avoid last minute rush at visa office. We had created 2 separate.

In this case I think you would need to write a letter showing that you have brought funds but currently unemployed. Just call VFS and confirm documents required in this case

Not a big issue here, just get all the documents mentioned in the video and you will be fine. We have the same situation but we didn’t find any issue in getting visa

My visa appointment is before my marriage and travel date, how can me and my fiance apply for the visa? Do we need to tell that we are getting married in the future and Is the wedding card sufficient? Or we need to tell anything about the marriage and just say that we are traveling as friends?

Yes in this case don’t say anything, apply as 2 individuals and keep the sufficient bank balance for individual (that would around 1.75 lacs in each bank account for 10 days trip)

Yes it can take from 1 week to 2 weeks. We got ours in 2 weeks.

India to turkey flight ticket, yes you need to buy, buy with cancellation option. Internal tickets are not required.

Hey yes that’s true, it’s like that from 2-3 years I guess. We had also paid around 34k for 2 people, crazy expensive! But if you have US or Schengen tourist visa this can be done in way lesser.

Both the applicant should be there when submitting documents. You can get the NOC from existing company. Just login to VFS website and see if you can find slot in first week of November.

The VFS policy gets changed frequently and along with the Visa fees as well. Why would you buy insurance if that is already included Visa fees?. Please call vfs helpline for more details. For us the visa fees and insurance were included. Hope you got it now.

Yes you need to download it and take the Zerox to bank. They will sign it and stamp it.

Hi ,your video is very informative but I want to ask a question ,when i filled a form and booked a date and time of appointment for visa ,in your video you said that the payment is collected at the vfs centre at the timevof interview ,but when i took time and date and submitted the form online it took me on the option of card payment turky and after that it will take me further how is that please explain.

Okay, there could be 1 option, Partial payment now for insurance amount and VFS fees. You can go ahead and make the payment. The rest of the payment you can make at VFS office, either via card or cash.

You can apply before 60 days of your travel date and you will most probably receive the visa stamped on your passport with 10-15 working days.

Yes apply as 2 individuals and not as a couple, then no need to show any marriage certificate. Make 2 copies of all the documents including bank balance letter from bank and you are good to go.

It depends, for how many days you are travelling and with how many people. Would suggest you to keep at lest 2 lacs for 2 person for 10 days trip.

If you have rent agreement, carry it. If your permanent address is different from B'lore vfs jurisdiction, they will ask for it
