You can use a prepaid wireless carrier. Such as Straight Talk.

Can you sign into iCloud and turn on FMI and then reset it and put in your account details and make it fully usable

nope, you cannot. you cannot even turn FMI on, because it’s already linked to another Apple ID.

Yes but you would need to go with a prepaid carrier such as Straight Talk. Visible is not an option here as they still check.

You used checkm8, that bypass method doesn’t work anymore, restore it on iTunes and use apple752 method
