Sry I had to create a new Apple ID bec I was stuck on SOS only and when I erased whole data bec I didn’t had any important stuff even tho I erased it still showed SOS and now I can’t get to my main APPLE ID so I created a new Apple ID to download few stuff now I logged out of the new Apple ID I created and now problem is that when I try to log into my main Apple ID account now it want me to tell my phone number which I do put but it says it’s wrong

can anyone help me out? i have no access to my phone and my sim card was blocked but now that i have gotten a new phone i cannot sign in unless i wait for account recovery which will take me another 4 days but i really need some sort of contact because i will be out for a few days. is there any actual way of logging into my new phone without verification code? i have all the information but no phone and no phone number.
