Universal should explain how too get timed entery tickets more clearly. The only information you can get is by going on youtube or tictok and watching bloggers explain which is good but it should be posted clearly on the usj website. Thanks for this video ❤

@djjuno106 you're welcome! We know what you mean! This is one of the reasons why we started this channel! To explain what was confusing for us at first and help other people avoid the same problem. Japan is still very heavily favoring their own language, so it is hard to find information sometimes

If your standing outside the park waiting for the park to open is that when you can go on the app and get an entry time thru the app?

Unfortunately, it's not. Since the app registered your studio pass and the location function on your phone needs to be on, it requires you to enter the gate of usj before allowing you to get the time entry ticket on the app. That's why you will need to go early !

thanks for your video! i was wondering, I bought four express 7 pass and our time for SNW is 17:10. Can I go to the kiosk to get a time earlier? and will our express pass be valid to go to the rides in SNW? thanks so much!

As we have never bought an express pass before, we are sorry to say we can't say for sure. But with our knowledge about Japan, usually time slots, either chosen or given, normally can not be changed. So if you would like to head into SNW earlier, the best way would be getting an area timed ticket through either app or in park. As for if your express would work when you get in early, you might need to inquire the staff about it in the SNW. Hope that helps!

Hi!! Im about to buy the 7 express pass tickets and I just wanted to know, am I able to pick which ride I can go first? Or are all the rides and entry timed tickets given already once purchased.

Basically you just need to show your express pass at the entrance of the ride and the staff will let you into a special passageway to go into the rides. So it's up to you which one you wanna go first. However, note that if there are a lot of people who have the express pass, you still need to line a little, just not as many as the normal people. 😉 hope that helps

Make sure you buy everyone ticket at the same time. I just purchased 2 of the express pass 7 1 from Klook one from KKday and they gave me and my daughter different time entries for Nintendo world and Harry Potter. And they cnt change the times. Now I’m worried we won’t be able to go in together and I have wasted my money. But for the other attractions ex (Flying Dinosaur, Jaws, Spider-Man) you can pick your time. Just not for Harry Potter rides and Mario’s rides 😩

@tianasmall4063 is there a big gap between the time slots ? I would suggest you talk to the staff at the beginning of your visit and see what they can do for you. If it involves a child, they usually will be less strict about the rules, or maybe they can change the time slot for you.

Basically, there are 3 free ways to get in, -get a timed entry ticket from the app early in the morning -get a timed entry ticket from the park machine -head there super early and run but they do not guarantee a spot until you get a timed entry ticket. As for the paid one, of course, the spot is secure once you pay for an express pass. Hope that helps!

Hi, I if I go there early to get the area ticket from the kiosk (to be the second round) then can I straight to Mario zone to queueing ( For the first round) if not crowded?

Yes, it is possible if it's not crowded! Actually we did that before, we got in early enough that there were no staff to stop us going into the nintendo world then we got the ticket from the machine when we went out of the area for another event. The downside is that if they didn't ready the machine yet that early in the morning then you might not be able to get a ticket. That's why the usj app is still a better option to get in for sure

We suggest you try the app first after you get into USJ! If you manage to get there early enough, mostly you will be able to get a time slot through the app!

@@0203darkstar that would be great! Usj usually let people into the park earlier than the opening time! So you should be able to get in with no problem if you are that early 😉 Have fun!

It's a good 5 to 10 mins walk depending on your speed, that's why when you get into usj, you will see people started to run 😂 hope that helps

Technically it's the same, but out of all the times that we went to USJ, we didn't need an Area timed ticket to go in! So try just walking in!

That’s not an area times ticket it’s a stand-by ticket meaning you might or might not get in, don’t mislead people.

I think you have misunderstood where to obtain the stand-by ticket! The tickets that they offer within the park give you definite access to nintendo world within the time frame shown on your ticket! As for the stand-by tickets, you can only obtain it within the usj app!
