Yes Miller is now high on my list - black shoes, black or very dark pants, white shirt - looks like a black or dark suit jacket and some dark hair on top of head ......so this kind of rules out Nate and Gabrielle - leaves Oliver and Miller and maybe Frank. Can't find a strong enough reason for Oliver to be killed and not any lead up to it being Frank so that leaves Miller - either killed by Oliver or, Nate or less likely but possibly Frank or even Annalise , So one more week to see if my guess is correct. I also think Gabrielle is linked to Sam and the past (adoption) which we will get in second half of season 5

Possible victims based on what they're wearing in the promo (white shirt, dark jacket, dark pants): 1. Oliver 2. Connor 3. Asher 4. Nate 5. Miller 6. Gabriel 7. Frank Who we can eliminate based on previous episode endings: 1. Connor 2. Asher 3. Frank Remaining possibilities: 1.Oliver 2. Nate 3. Miller 4. Gabriel Who I think it is: Miller; Bonnie is talking to Oliver or vice versa.

I watched the ending of episode 1 again and it totally looks like Bonnie herself killed the victim. So you can cancel Nate kind of and also Miller I think. Which leaves Oliver and Gabriel. My bet is on Gabriel.

I’m betting Bonnie is talking to Oliver, Oliver is the only character not used to murder so that’s why Bonnie says “do whatever you need to to get yourself together”. That’s why Oliver is no where to be found when called to the dance floor cause he is the one that witnessed the murder and has to take the body.

I slowed it down at the end. It definitely looked liked an African American male because i first saw a suit then a darker color face...it could be nate possibly cus in another flash back i believe Bonnie had his phone at the reception when mikaela tried calling him. And i think bonnie is talking to oliver at the very end cus hes missing at the reception

Bonnie said, "I know you can..." I dont think it's Gabriel. She's likely speaking to someone she's familiar with (Oliver or Miller), and Gabriel's on the ground dead. Frank was at the party would not be phased if someone just died.

I'm starting to belive that Oliver wittnessed the murder because they have no reason to kill Oliver because he never did anything. Miller i believe is dead because maybe he betrayed Bonnie so Nate killed him because of it and because he killed his father. But Oliver has absolutely no reason to get killed!

All my theories leave out the baby being I the snow. My new theory is the governor hired someone to kidnap Laurel's baby. The person gets caught by Nate a fight ensues Nate is murdered but manages to get the baby and the killer flees. Oliver witnessed everything and is in shock. Bonnie puts Nate out of his misery and tells Oliver to pull himself together and take the body. Bonnie tells Frank what happened Frank gives the awful news to Annalise. Bonnie takes Laurels baby and Nates phone...

OLIVER is the body. Miller is the preliminary killer. Bonnie is the actual killer (as we saw). Oliver discovered through hacking that Bonnie killed Rebecca (Rebecca was mentioned this season!!) or knows the whole Sinclair thing and Miller tries to get him to be quiet but no deal. To protect Bonnie Miller stabs Oliver. Bonnie arrives to finish the job once Miller informs her what Oliver knows or is about to do, if Bonnie hadn't learned it herself.

OMG I just watched the ending scene of episode 1 again and I totally forgot that Bonnie herself killed the victim (seems like). Plus the breathing totally sounds like Teagan. So I think she's somehow involved. I think the victim is Gabriel. And the one Bonnie's talking to must be Oliver or maybe Teagan. Oliver is more likely because of what Bonnie says and how she says it, it must be someone she's familiar with. I'm not sure what Laurel's baby would do there though...

It's def Gabriel on the ground, Oliver definitely was present at the murder or interacted in some way. Bonnie would only talk like that to someone who never experienced anything like this before which would be Oliver.

Nate tried to killed Miller but Miller incapacitated him instead. Bonnie asphyxiated Nate and took his phone. Then Bonnie tells Miller to get himself together, put Nate's body in the trunk and drive towards south and dump Nate's body in the Florida swamp so that the alligators will eat up the evidence.

For some reason i think Bonnie is talking to Annalise. Maybe she killed frank after he told her who Gabriel is. She sounded like she was talking to a friend or someone she cares for.

you can look at Nate and Annalise face the belong together the care about each other and when Nate was with Therese he was real in t her he was getting information on is dad and feel sad for Theresa because she through Nate like her but he was just using her to get information on his dad and the other women he was involve was with Atwood. And beside you now be belong with Annalise

Well I don’t think it Gabriel or Oliver simply cos I don’t think I recall either of them driving and Bonnie says take his car - so it’s someone who drives. Leaving it mate or Miller. And with the fact we see Miller in his car outside wedding in flash backs it has to be Miller? Right?

@@alexv2383 Yup, Oliver seems like the obvious one Bonnie was talking to at the end. He seems like the person who needs comfort to overcome the witness of a murder. Furthermore, looking at past episodes, we can kind of see that Connor and Miller wore the exact color coded clothes (White shirt with dark blazer). And both have facial hair at the day of the wedding. But in this last scene, i think the facial hair is quite thick and comparing both Oliver and Miller, it seems miller is the likelier victim. But you know, 'How to get away' always springs surprises, so we have to wait and see. It's gettting Interestingly interesting now. Good shout about oliver though =)

Breathing sounds like Oliver 100% he gets directions beacuse he wouldn hurt a person, everyone else already did and knows how to react. I think the dead one is Miller, i doubt it is Nate or Frank ( if it was Frank bonnie would react differently 100% and probably the same with Nate) but she doesnt love Miller as much. I dont think Gabriel or Teagen has anything to do with the last scene.. i thin Gab. Is son of Analisee or Bonnie? Im not sure.. what dou you guys think?

Lena P Cellphone towers. Police always check phone records in a murder investigation. I don’t think she killed Nate because why would she keep his phone. Too easy to trace back to her
