There is a farmer’s market on our block, but it’s incredibly expensive and we always forget to go. So, I finally made my first order with Farm to People - a virtual farmers market in the Tri-State area. I’m not working with Farm to Table, but I’m so excited to try the concept of having local produce delivered!
What I tried (and fell in love with):
Greens
Organic Sourdough
Black Beans
Sweet Potato
Loose Red Beets
Heirloom Navel Oranges
Mandarins
Carrots
Potatoes
Rigatoni
Salty Sea Feta
Alaskan Salmon
Everything we got in our order was exceptional. (Except Jared still hates beets…but that’s not their fault.) The value is great, especially with groceries being so inflated right now. In an ideal world, I’d get all our perishables from Farm to Table. But…I want grocery shopping to be super simple and the ordering system has a lot of constraints. So, I’m not sure how we move forward with Farm to Table, but I do see using them in some way in the future.
