How to get Cheat Engine 7.5/7.4/7.3 by compiling / building it yourself, which is perhaps the easiest way to compile anything worth compiling I've ever seen in my life so far.
Cheat Engine is a tool that allows experiencing single-player games in ways beyond the developer's intent (or maybe the way the developers wanted but marketing shut down?). Obviously, don't use this in online or multiplayer games.

Thank you for this video it really helps a lot. It genuinely blows me away that Cheat Engine is still being updated and they have a patreon yet installing their product more complicated than brain surgery while on a trip to the moon.

Great tutorial, straightforward and helped me out a lot with downloading CE without the bloatware. I need it for speedrunning a game. The game you were playing reminds me of Fury3 for some odd reason lol the war machines, music, etc.

I been trying for over 30min now on my 3rd tutorial and dont understand how everyone gets cheatengine-x86 64.exe file in bin. Done exact samething as all 3 tutorials that are basically the samething. For 7.4 you use lazarus-2.0.10-fpc-3.2.0-win64 instead of 2.2.2

Well bro , this step makes the cheat engine become portable? I mean it's not installed in our system right? We just run cheat engine from the bin folder whenever we want to use it?

yes, although I'm not sure the settings like keyboard shortcuts are portable. They're probably still stored in AppData somewhere. But the defaults are probably good for most anyways.

if you are getting the Tsyn something error its because your not using Lazarus 2.0.10 version like Gioxers said. I downloaded 2.0.10 and it was successful.

Hello, would you be willing to do a tutorial in how to get sprites/textures from any mobile game that uses lua script? I just want to see the textures for new characters but I'm new at it. I've seen lots of tutorials about decrypting but nothing on how to see or extract the textures. @@starzzz3774 the game I want to get the sprites/textures is my hero academia: the strongest hero, but like I said in my comment, I'm new to it and I extracted the apk into files but the "asset" files doesnt have any extension and when I opened in text it says "LuaQ" and a bunch of encrypted code. I just want to have a better guidance on what to do to see the pictures as no tutorial I've seen explain it and ive never done it before (plus my knowledge to coding is very very basic)

hey dude i know this is completely unrelated to the video but i just wanted to know something, on my iphone i was able to modify an asset for a scene and after swapping it everything worked except that everything was pink, ive tried changing textures and materials but it hasnt done anything, i checked to see if the textures and materials were good too

This does not work for 7.4 Following the exact same clicks as on screen gives errors at all steps. Walking off path through the intended method also gives errors. Can you make another 7.4 specific one? Clearly something changed between 7.3 and 7.4 possibly on the other end.

I would recomand to download the same version of lazarus that he shows 2.0.10. I tried with the lastest update (2.2.2) but I was unable to compile the project, then I tried again with the older version and it worked just fine. Thanks again for this quick tutorial and also your problem solving xD

Latest version of Laz seems to have a broken function that stops the process. This function isn't present(at least in the same way, I can't find it) on the 2.0.10 version. Thank you for the tip, btw, Giox. Got it built thanks to you. EDIT: Be sure to run Lazarus in Admin mode when compiling and run Cheat Engine in Admin mode otherwise Lazarus may not compile/Cheat Engine might not search correctly.

that's not the full CE build. you just compiled exe,then you have to compile dll libraries and most important part - data collector(without it good luck using tables),for that you need visual studio. just a copy pasta from other videos that show only how to compile exe.

Its because the installer for cheat engine has bloatware and stuff like that it's not harmful but its annoying so that's why you have to make it yourself.

nope Trojan is a virus, and it steals your information and it wants you to execute/open the file by pretending to be a normal file.

Cheat Engine itself gets detected as malware by windows. If you are really unsure, create a restore point and create a back-up of your files.

So Lazarus candoesn´t work for me ... iv insalled it 3 times deinstalled it 3 times did the same with all cheat engine files i tryed and after installing it for the 4th time jsut now, it is still not working jsut giving me the red failure problem often complaining about (Graphics) or something ? if anyone know wtf is going on please tell me i installed ALL adatas and went trough the EXACT same order as in the video 3 times over 3 hours and its giving me different errors every time. please fucking help me im fucking pissed and sad
