Import the CAD file with contour lines in sketch up they will be flat, select each contour one by one and raise them at there respective level, once you are done with that, select all contours and use SANDBOX tool to generate surface, make sure all your contour lines are seperate not as a group And please LIKE the VIDEO for support

Yeah, as they are not modified we can smoothen the lines in sketchup itself
