A tip for anybody that does this, when gel dries, it can get crunchy and if you dont want that, try putting some oil in your hair to try to avoid that.

I’m so glad I came across this video I just recently got all my hair chopped off into a twa ( teenie weenie afro ) and I’m already struggling to style it, as expected lol, but I heard curl sponges definitely help with natural curly hair, specifically short natural curly hair and after watching this convinced me to go buy one immediately! Dang his hair looks 🔥🔥 thanks for saving me time and money I was about to go out and buy a lot of products that this other dude recommended. It knowing that is works with one saves me time and money

Ppl your hair isn't nappy. It's tightly curled. All you have to do is get the right products wet your hair before adding the product and make sure it's detangled. Use warm water, a leave in conditioner, water, moisturizing creme, water, and then gel. Rub each product in before moving to the next. If you pull out a single strand of your hair you will see that it is curled up. It's not nappy, just tangled. Oh and gel has an alcohol agent in it, that's why you want to put a moisturizing creme or spray in it before the gel. I hope this helps.

Use S Curl products. It may appear greasy, but, it softens your hair and brings out your waves & curls.
