How do I save the letter I created to be used later? Do I really have to complete the mailing immediately. I cannot find the letter among my forms or letters. Makes no sense.

Hi @LouisBrown-oi4xi, If you're referring to the Sign Documents you've created, they are automatically saved, and you can check them all in your My Sign Documents page at www.jotform.com/mysigndocuments/. Too bad there is no way to leave the Signers blank so that the form can be used by anyone within the organization, where the person filling in the form can send to their supervisor (by entering their email in the form so it routes to them). We have a lot of hard copy forms used by employees and so the person filling it will vary and the person signing it will vary. My Forms doesn't address this, nor does the My Approvals.

I need help! I am currently using JotForm for my travel agency. I use the "upload document" option. I fill out the PDF with my information, then upload to jotform, then put the signature box where I need them to sign, and email it to them. I received the document back but it only shows the clients signature. Where did all the other info go? Why is is showing the whole document blank except the signature. Please help.
