Derma roller is highly sensitive product. It should only be used under doctor recommendation, wrong use of derma roller can cause serious infection/prob in scalp ; inflammation, hematoma and many other. Minoxidil : it's good hair growth product. Best results are seen when applied daily for 3 months once a day. Edit : minoxidil donot show permanent results. When u stop using the product by time results will get reversed.
