@@msabiqabbasy I got you bro there are 2 mission in the Kayla mission 5 right first one you have to kill 3 enemies in farm stable (kill bot is count too)and second one I believe you have to do some of Kayla weekly mission or maybe all of Kayla weekly mission when I do this mission 5 I already completed the second one so you let me know if you get it or it didn't work

Hey I’ve completed 6 tevila missions and 2 Kayla mission and still no groza do I have to complete all faction missions to unlock permit? If so thanks

Yes do all of missions both blue and red faction (12 missions in total) and it will let you chose groza or famas
