This is how to get Halley's Comet morph and badge in Planetball World!
My friend Ashe wanted to be in the thumbnail with me.
Here also is a list of what to do as well!
1. Wait fifteen to thirty minutes for the comet to spawn. It takes fifteen minutes in public servers, thirty minutes in private servers.
2. Claim Halley's Comet and get the badge and morph!

@@blueebtw773 It's Planet 9. if you get the flower from outside of Billy The House and talk to it you can give the flower to it and it gives you the morph of Planet 9

Yo you know how there is a locker at the back of the class room which says a bunch if numbers... it is possible to decode it using the ascii system which i did i will tell you what it says: When you first talk to ut it will say Greeting, My name I Omskbird If you click get away from this world it wil say: Both countries and planets are in the same world If you click info 1 it will say reachingle is my servant If you click info 2 it will say: I was sent here after my exile from the kingdom of ballia, I will fight back my words!

Find a flower near Billy the house, then drop out of the map, go to planet 9, then he will give you a morph

I am unsure, at the time of making this video it worked in private servers well, but now it seems you would have better luck in a public server because it just isn't working for some.
