I’m going to have to try the peanut butter. I absolutely love peanut butter and I’m sure this is a healthier version. Peanuts are going on the list!

Tell Beth, she can make but butters in a food processor and it will not bind up like in a blender. Just drizzle the oil and honey in while processing the butter.

My mom brought unsalted 'natural peanut butter,' (basically just unsalted peanut puree) from a coop when i and my sibling were teens. A FIVE GALLON TUB of it. We all tried it (even mom), it was awful. None of us would eat it (including my "I eat it because they say it is healthy" mom)! Come to think of it, I think it was the only thing my ENITIRE FAMILY agreed on food wise. We were galvanized! Instead of wasting it, she used some for cookies I think (where the recipe would disguise the bland), but when there was enough room in the tub she mixed in the salt and sugar so we could eat it on sandwiches. It was the only time I had ever seen my mom pour salt and sugar from the big bag directly into something (most times she would put them in sealed containers and measured what was needed), especially something that had been declared to be 'good for us.' Maybe Beth did something different?
