Yes, you should strive to have a really strong transcript when you apply in 12th grade. Try to improve in the upcoming quarters.

Yes that is a good score, but you should also be building your extracurriculars. Also focus on getting a high SAT score

Yes they have the option of Harvard Medical school. There is no specific GPA requirement to get into Harvard but you should try to be in the top 10% of your batch
