you can't eat 2 sharks in a row instantly. you can eat a shark and a karambwan instantly

because if you eat a shark and a karam it only takes one tick. If you eat shark shark you need to do two animations of eating.

That was because we were all ignorant noobs. These "tricks" have always been around, but only just been discovered. If you pked with skills like today back then, you were unstopable. Noone knew wtf 1 ticking was, u could see specs coming from miles away. Man.. the good old days..

“PKing is not hard to get into” You only need an alt account with 99 attack, strength, 0 defence + ranged or magic... a few hundred millions of go to but the best gear. Then you must learn to use that gear and get up to speed with all of the different combos in the game... then you die - losing it all. PvP seems fun, but it’s a pain to get into.

@@caetanogarelii6657 it's deceptively simple. When you have your account trained and you've gotten the best gear you can, PKing can be a super fun and rewarding experience. GETTING to that point? Oof. Your talking months of training, not including getting your bank up. Takes some serious commitment.

@@OneDarkCutie that's why I prefer f2p pvp. You can only use melee and ranged so you don't need to be doing constant switches. There are no special attacks and there's only one combo. For weapons, you only need a 2h sword, a scimy and a maple bow with adamant arrows and for defence you need monk robes or rune armor. It's way cheaper.

@@caetanogarelii6657 f2p pking feels more like the "good ol days". It's simple, and hella cheap on your rs bank. And a lot of the players aren't insanely skilled. Obviously it isn't as advanced/technical so it does get a bit boring over time, but then you have the option of moving up to more standard pking.

I really thought that shit is all kind of part of the experience. It's like in sports how there's a mental game as well as physical. If somebody is shaming you for safing and you stop safing because of it, you're just submitting to them and youre a lot more likely to die.

Nobody really has a problem with pkers doing pker things. It's when they do stuff like spend 10k in runes killing you for literally no loot while you're doing a clue scroll and say "sit" when you die... that's what makes most players who dislike pkers feel that way.

I think most people feel that way, but I've seen some people get salty about getting pked in wilderness while doing high reward activities. Those players don't seem to understand the high risk that is associated with those activities.

That is the point though. If you are going into the wildy it should be do or die regardless. Maybe they want to make your day a little harder and get a good laugh. I agree it can be hella annoying but without the wildy I think this game would lose a lot of character.

Been playing for about 8 years, and couldnt get into pvp cause the gap.. tried starting with f2p, but even then the gap is terrible. I really appreciate the video man, everything is crystal clear.

Honestly the gap in f2p is worse since there is limited gear to use the skill of the pker makes a lot more of a difference than in p2p because even if you have no idea what you're doing you can get a lucky Rambo ags etc

Thank you framed honestly because i used to pk in 2008 until they eoc bombed and i kind of lost touch with my inner pker along with all my tic timing and what not. This helped me understand alot of todays aspects of the pvp scene because i had trouble finding my niche. Im in the process of making multiple pvp accounts to try different builds to see where i belong. If i ever get a chance to fight you framed all i can say is good luck and thank you mang.

I think back and remember how crazy things felt seeing some one NH back in the day. Everybody hated nhers. The culture was just different and everyone that played OS was basically some form of pker. Where pking at now imo is lame in comparison to 5-6+ years ago. Then I remember that in 2023 there are still some players that never got into pking. Once you get decent at it it really is top tier content like no other lol.

I'd highly appreciate a guide to bridding[preferably on a pure with 44+pray, especially your tome pure] in which you cover inventory, prayers, eating, freeze mechanics, and tips/tricks. You do alot of amazing brid pking, and after this guide I'd love to see an in depth brid guide.

You should do one on how to get into clanning! :) Clans are an awesome way to learn because you get to learn alongside other people and you have experienced people who are actually there for the whole purpose of teaching and guiding you (Mentor role in a clan). Good framework for establishing educational content on this broad subject. I feel more of these are needed for newer members to feel more comfortable starting this game - ultimately impacting on all of our experience(s): expanding on the community and financing future updates. Ideas: PVM, Bossing, Questing, Game Interactions (mouse moving, keyboard, GUI), Gielinor (map). I think OSRS could do with a massive revamp and release another side game (think of it as an expansion played on different servers with different skills, level requirements, items etc.) The game has the potential to be the BEST Mobile MMORPG (100k+ logins at once). But that's my passion with the right approach.

I have a zerker and in all 3 of my fights I think I've been hit 15 times total. 0/3 in the wild but this has been super helpful! Hopefully I can learn some tricks in white portal before blowing more gp I don't have in the wild.

This is good content, one thing I don't understand usually is the proper "pvp etiquette". Would you make a video on what's acceptable in different types of fights (deep wildy, pvp worlds, etc.)? Stuff like safing, when it's not a douche move to tab out, how much you should risk without being considered a ragger. I don't pk much but I don't want to piss people off whenever I try so it'd be really helpful!

1:20 Basically you are switching out to a different' weapon while the other weapon is still in its programmed delay. (You do that in Fallout 3, NV, 4 when instead of reloading you switch to a different weapon)
