Yes, ma'am hindi na po kailangan... punta nalang po kayo sa notary public po pero contact nyo din padin US Embassy baka kasi open na sila pero recently lang naman kami kumuha kaya for sure pwede pa po kayo kumuha sa notary public ng affidavit of lieu.😊
