35-40 people, hired 1 bus -28 seaters & 1 tempo traveller 12 seaters. -50,000 Yeh log ruk ruk kar gae thae, dhabe mi bhi ₹100-200 per plate Accommodation- book Gharwal Mandal 1-2 months in advance, Local longue- 1000-1200 per room Food- ₹100-200 per plate Pandit ji se baat kar ke samaan ki list maang kar yha se le jaa sakte hain yha phir vahi pr karva sakte hai arrangement. Photographer - Pandavas group April to 1st week of October Electricity & network issue ho sakta hai, jio sim working thae. Carry powerbank, torch etc. Shaadi ke time mai delay ho sakta hai.....

Like I went through some booking companies but they are way too expensive. It would be helpful if you pls tell about aspects that could reduce costs. And also that will that place be comfortable for old people or anyone with health issues? . . Nevertheless, the video was helpful.
