The beauty of a saree is greatly enhanced when you have more number of pleats. Normally you get less number of pleats on a Doria Saree that we wear in temples. Watch this video completely to learn the trick to get maximum number of pleats. Doria is a little stiff fabric but once it is set correctly it looks really beautiful. If you have difficulty in pleating stiff fabric then you can use a trick that I have used in this video.

Whenever possible I live the inside blouse length with saree & I even added a small matching cloth piece inner side of the saree to increase length for more petticoats.I love wearing sarees & thanks for encouraging our new generation to wear saree..

I also do the same ,when I don’t want to get my blouse stitched out of same fab. Many a times depending on design of sari I get it attached inside . Lots of love to you . My request again ...make a video on draping navwari sari . I am Maharastrian and love draping navwari on several occasions.l am sure you can make the draping navwari more comfortable with your magic style.

Hi Dolly Ji I’m a makeup artist n a hairstylist and most times we only have to drape the saree for the clients. I really like your way of saree/chunni drape. But when you lightly spray water on the saree, won’t it spoil the zari of the saree. Please let me know.

Mam we fold the saree and keep in hanger or cupboard coz of which there are fold crease. Because of which the pleats don't cone properly. We can't always or daily iron the saree !! How to get perfect pleats in a saree which has fold creases. ?
