Thank you. You can level up the gears which are providing different buffs. So target goggle and gauntlet to level them high.

You should focus on your TOP 5 heroes for Arena. Two infantry hero, Two Lancer, 1 Marksmen or 2 Marksmen as per your hero. Upgrade those hero and apply mythic gears to them. As I told in video play arena before 10-15min before server time reset. Hero position is important in arena so always check your before opponent hero before starting match.
