Ive been in a slump for 2 seasons now. Ive had 3 hits in the last 2 years. Im thinking bout quitting because i just dont know what to do. I used to be the best batter from our team, and now i feel like im the worst.

@@maxboskeljon6440 i’m on a slump too! and it’s not with mental it’s just mechanics and to be honest what i’m trying to do is almost everyday i pull up the same easy 101 swinging video and go on the tee and just take slow hits. once i feel comfortable with knowing how to do it without barely thinking about it and then i go take pretty good medium swing. one just above the plate in the middle (10 swings) the one on the right corner of the plate (10 swings) then inside pitches (10 swings) now i’m not an expert and u might be in a bigger slump than me but maybe just try and tell me how it goes 😁

i think i’m mechanically messed up. I’m still hitting hard ground balls every once in a while, but i’m told i’m swinging down on the ball, or slicing at it. Could you help me??

Been in a slump almost all season and deny it that I try to get it all back with one swing but I think I am. I was in a bad slump, then last game I hit a homerun first at bat. Then continued to go 0-2 right after that.

i’ve been hitting groundouts and lineouts and keep fouling good pitches for the past 10abs and it’s frustrating. My timing is usually pretty early and i think everyone in my league is aware that i hit the ball to the left side and coaches shift there outfield and infield to the left side because they know i consistently rip it to the left side. Any tips?

Try letting the ball get a little deeper into home plate and line it the other way or up the middle, tee work helps immensely!!

Hit a home run earlier this season and ever since then idk it I got in my head or what but just been stuck on a slump only gotten one hit since then and it was only bc the pitcher was throwing bp😐

I'm in 12u and I think I'm going on 0 for 20 or 0 for 18, but it might be because I'm looking away a halfway through my swing, I have a game on Saturday so I'll try looking at the ball no matter what, all the way through

I know im a bit late So waht happened was i have been going 0-5 and 0-4 or maybe a hit in the last 4 games at first i was like it is aleight everyone has a slump but the i said nope i need to fix something and i watched this video and i have been getting better By the way i got benched for the last 2 games and my coach said he will put me back in the lineup tomorrow but i need to let him know im worthy enough to be in the lineup By the way does anybody know how tall i will be if i am 5.2 feet tall Mom:5.7 feet Dad : 5.9
