Frustrated with imperfect crowns sent by the lab or with patients complaining of food impaction after placement of crowns?
We all encounter this frequently and yes it can be very frustrating, time consuming and often leads to extra cost.

Sir I am from India.. thank you so much for such amazing videos.. you can change lives of both practitioners and patients. Please make a video of tips to use accurate apex locator to get accurate working length readings and minimise apical transportation or debris extrusion. Also one video of exact irrigation protocol . I will be very obliged

Good but lack of temporisation results in open or tight contacts,high occlusion and fitting issues.laboratory exposure should be made mandatory for every dentist in order to give a patient satisfactory restoration or prothesis

I am a plve dentist in uk. My mentor is so bakwaas. Kuch bhi nahi batati in detail. Your tutorials are amazing. Good to see pak standard is better than NHS UK standard haha. You should come as a guest speaker in Hyderabad dental schools. 👨‍🏫

Sir, Thank you for uploading a great video which has summarised all the helpful clinical tips and tricks.😇 10:08 : Cent percent agreed 💯 there is always some problem with the contact points, the flossing does not always help each time. Also, theoretically we are supposed to check during the entire procedure to ensure better seating of the crown. But many a times, without viewing every aspect of the tooth preparation correctly, it's impossible to achieve the desired outcome. Sir sometimes...contact on model is perfect but clinically huge gap...what can be the reason? Is it lab person's trick?

Multiple reasons. For example: 1) Inaccurate impression taken (Dentist's fault) 2) Shrinkage or expansion of impression due to temperature changes (dental clinic fault) Always give a wax bite !
