Scrubbing your lips is actually helpful. As a person who does it my lips are left nice and pink. Not to mention, it removed dead skin on your lips. Just make sure not to brush aggressively or your lips will start bleeding!

I do all of these ans my lips are still a loght shaoe of pink lol, scrubbing is actually good for example lip scrub and licking ur lips keeps then hydrated!! Or if your lazy just use lip tint HAHA

acc licking ur lips only privdes short hydration cause it will evaporate and make u lips dry so lip balm and lip oil is better for long term hydration and stuff. but apart from that yea lip scrubs r acc rll good.

Ever since i stopped licking my lips and started bring lip balm with me everywhere instead, ong my lips have been amazing and one day i forgot my lip balm and licked my lips all day when i came back home they were so incredibly chapped omd so the next day i made sure i had my lip balm.
