In my country I don't have Pakistan embassy so from where I should attest my authority letter?? I am not working any where, I have my own business.... So what is the soluation for me??

My sister has applied for my character certificate today from Rawalpindi as i was born and lived throughout my life in Rawalpindi but my permanent address is from my husband's city and my current is from the country I am living. The representative told my sister it will take 10 days for processing but why 10 days while you claim that you will take only 3 days. I need it urgently. I have sent an email to your given email address but still, I got no response.

Sindh police ka certificate aur itnay asani say ban jaye bina haram khilaye na mumkin. Ye srf dikhanay k dant hain. Isiliye sab say guzarish hai k in chakkro main time hi zaya hoga. apnay qarebi police station jaen haram khilain haram khoro ko 3 say 5 hazar aur 4 din main mil jayega. mery do maheenay zaya kiye hain in haram khoro nay. Allah pak har haram khanay walay ki naslo ko tabaho barbaad farmaye Ameen.
