What stays behind is the fluid from the sperm (that was used to make ejaculation possible and feed the sperm on their way) and the low quality seeds. There really is nothing that keeping it up will do for you. You can watch a video about how fertilisation happens. There are some really good once here on youtube. From the billions that went inside you, only around 10 find their way to the egg. Getting pregnant is complex. Segs needs to happen at the right time, fertilisation needs to happen, cell devisiom eventually implantation needs to be succesfull. Only then you are pregnant. For some it takes longer. Unless you go to a doctor and need medication for your hormones, luck is the only thing that will help you get pregnant.

It'a not needed to do this, seeds don't just fall out again (what comes out of you aren't the seeds, they are swimming inside if you already, you do loose fluid, but you don't need that for pregnancy) I am glad you finally got pregnant!!

I just wanted to share some info to ease your mind, a UTI is caused by bacteria entering the urinary tract through the urethra which is located by the clitoris not inside the Vagina so this wouldn't cause a UTI.
