Or a 2nd floor at the car meet with used vehicles. They will have random damage or mods but change daily or maybe random per visit. Although if your on PC then the cars are still available.. Just ask a friendly modder... Car arrives free but you just pay a high value for the insurance/tracker.

Yeah that's what they should have done.. but that's not why they did. They don't care about "streamlining" the browsing experience at all. They did this to create artificial scarcity by making these vehicles rare and more desirable, and so that they can re-release old contact for special events and stuff as if it's new. When they do make these vehicles available, since they are now rare and limited time only, it will increase fomo, leading to more grinding and buying shark cars. As well as their main motivation is so they can add these cars to the new vinewood car club, which showcases and sells a rotating selection of vehicles at discount price. But you can only actually buy the cars if you have a gta+ subscription. Essentially they are adding pay to play mechanics, locking certain vehicles primarily behind a real money, monthly pay wall. This is best evidenced by the fact that I think 3-4 of the more desirable removed vehicles were immediately added to the car club. Like the stirling gt, a vehicle that recently received an hsw upgrade making it one of the newest vehicle/ one of the fastest cars and the 2nd best in class for racing. Now when a person wants a removed vehicle that's in the car club, they are far more likely to buy gta+ cus or fomo and not when or if if will return some other way. Another motivation I think, is inflation. The price of vehicles has drastically gone up over the years. If you compare similar modern and old cars, depending on the class and specific vehicles, prices have increased from anwhere from around 3× to as much as 20x. By removing almost all of the older cheaper vehicles, rockstar if removing these price discrepancies. Now you are forced to buy that cost hundreds of thousands instead of thousands, millions instead of hundreds of thousands, etc.

It’s almost like it wasn’t to removed clutter and it was to force people to buy gta plus and get their car club nonsense I mean it’s weird how clothing is way more cluttered than any of the websites- and they didn’t change that 🤔

I just always check online on GTAO forums or on YT for the weekly updates. I highly recommend doing this instead of wasting time to manually boot the game and check. If there is nothing good that week. I just don't log in at all.

@@alexmir8942 Sure thing, I think most people do it this way. But even so, when people see that something they want is available, they will log on. And when they do, R* have successfully made people return to the game for old content.

Can you please explain what you mean? If you're talking about the cars Simeon ask you to steal, respray, and take to his garage at the docks, well most of them (like the Carbonizarre, Comet, Coquette etc.) are high end cars and the game does not allow you to take them into your garage. Any car that you can take into your garage from his list (like the Schwarzer) you can steal off the streets anyway.

@@kayla-Rey22 take one of the cars simeon wants you to steal to any personal garage that you own, after you are inside the garage get back in the car and drive it to ls customs and you will no longer be restricted to resprays so you can purchase full coverage.

Forget Simeon for a moment and go out right now and steal a Carbonizarre and take it into your garage. You can't. It won't let you because it is a high end car (or too hot as it says) and you are told to purchase it from the appropriate website. Obviously, you cannot purchase it now it has been removed but R* need to change what is says about purchasing it and then they have seemingly overlooked this. they will probably change it at some time. Okay, if you cannot drive a Carbonizarre into your garage then why would you be able to do this when you steal it for Simeon? You can't. The only cars you can drive into your garage are the ones that cost under 100K like the Schwartzer and you can steel and keep these cars off the streets anyway without going through the Simeon steal. There are a whole glut of other cars on Simeon's steal list like the Coquette, Comet, Bullet, Feltzer, Infernus, Super Diamond, Banshee, Surano and Exemplar which all cost over 100K and you will not be able to drive any of those into your garage and keep. Like I've already mentioned, the ones on Simeon's list which you can drive into your garage are the cheaper cars which you can steal off the streets and keep at any time. You do not have to do this through Simeon for these cheaper cars. You can steal them anyway.

@daniel-tv4hx It's always been $100,000 and above (except the bikes). The most you can sell a street car for is $9,500, that vehicle being the Felon GT with a value of $95,000.

People keep saying this but those cars that you steal for Simeon that are not too hot can be stolen off the streets at any time and kept. Why would you need to involve Simeon?

And that if it is a Simeon car that he wants, you would have to go to the Auto Shop to insure it cause LS Customs will only give you the option to change the paint job to drop off to Simeon

For some reason, customer bikes VERY rarely spawn for me. Someone said they would only spawn if your clunhouse bar was supplied. If so, it isnt worth it.

@@Shadowborg I dunno how it works but I’ve never done a clubhouse mission apart from doing customer bikes. The new ones usually show up after about 20 mins of playing. I usually cycle, the Mc club for bike delivery then do the two cars at the auto shop then do a pay phone hit and by that time I can do it all again.

So we'll get them at discounted prices then like we used to in Legendary Motorsport and Super Autos when they're on offer? I'm on old gen and I haven't seen any of them in Simeon's this week. How do you get them in LS car meet always assuming there are any in there? And are you seriously saying all these cars will eventually be in the Auto Shop or just a few random ones like the Comet. Don't need a Comet. I need an XA-21. Haven't seen that in LS Car Meet yet.

​​​​@@kayla-Rey22there is one car in Simeon's that was remove, the Landstalker XL. In the Car Meet, there is always 3 cars that you can test drive in the car meet itself, but you can also buy them (this week there's the Verlierer and GP1)

it’s a stupid, scummy business practice by rockstar to capitalize off FOMO. stop defending it, instead of making the process of purchasing the vehicles 100x harder, why not automatically filter the car websites and give the option to show lesser used cars? this multibillion dollar corporation was smart enough to think of that idea, but opted to *practically* remove them for the sake of ramping up visits to the game AKA money

What I don't like is this false narrative that only cheap and rarely used cars were removed. if you check the list of cars removed from Legendary Motorsport alone there are some very popular cars gone. Ones like the XA-21, 811, Zorrusso, SC1, ETR1, Neo, etc. etc. it's a long list. R* did this for two reasons. One, so they could offer them to GTA+ members in the new Vinewood Showroom on new gen. And two, to create a FOMO scenario so that when they do show up in the Car Meet or Simeon's, people will buy them in case they don't show again for a long time. It's all about money.
