I have a very simple routine, for those who are interested. I simply wash my face with whatever soap I happen to have on hand including (carbolic/Sulphur soap/ + clean rag). Then I tone with agua oxigenada + cotton pad. Then I super clean with tea trea oil. This has been my routine for years now and it really works. My skin is glowing and more tolerant to the elements. Keep in mind that I have oily skin and live in an isthmus. I know that this routine may not work for everyone, bit hopefully it will help someone to keep it simple and save thousands. The most expensive thing here is oil.

Dermologica is the TRUTH! They have travel size kits for $40 at ulta if you can’t afford the large bottles. The large bottles cost like $40 each give or take and last longer but the travel kit is a good option. A little goes a long way!

TIPS FOR TOWELS: if you don't want the paper towel rolling and breaking on your skin and leaving fluffies behind, I really recommend having sets of face towels that you use each time you wash your face (so having 7-12). Once you use it, you wash it, so it's good to have multiple so you're not washing all the time and just wash them in a load together. Cotton is just softer on your skin.

When I was a teenager I had acne so bad. I used Oxy 10 everyday and my skin cleared up except the blemishes. The next step I took was good facial routine. My blemishes disappeared.
