This tutorial is your solution against this problem - you will learn about all the muscles that cause bulldog cheeks to appear. Small sneak peak bulldog cheeks are not just saggy skin. I would like to see some un-retouched before and after pictures of a 60-year-old woman who has bulldog cheeks before I begin this routine, as I want to be sure these exercises actually work.

Dear Oksana, is there any other exercise for cheeks without curling you lips? I' m afraid that curling lips will longer my philltrum? Is that correct? Also, can you make please exercise for shortening the philtrum. Thank you. ❤

Thank you for all of your information videos. I would like to see a video on how to reduce the appearance of platysma bands under the chin, improving crepey skin on neck and chest and saggy/puffy under eye area.

I have discovered your channel only yesterday, but I've been practicing facial exercises for a few years now. And the only issue that didn't seem to get fixed were these bulldog cheeks, or jowls to be more precise. I am 30, but I guess I had kind of sagging jowls all my life. So this video was truly eye-opening, now things are starting to make sense, because I am definitely so tight in my neck -I am a masseur myself, so I definitely know what I'm talking about :) and I realise now that I clench my chewing muscles a lot unconsciously. So I will definitely apply what you show in this video! But my question is: can I still practice facial exercises that work the jowls and the double chin, given the fact that I seem to be tense in these areas? I know not all exercises target the masseter precisely, but then again, I'm not sure how well you can isolate a particular muscle during exercise... Sorry for the long comment... Last but not least, I think that you have very good quality content on your channel, very valuable and precise information, thank you so much for sharing this! I will definitely watch ALL your videos! Greetings from Romania!!

Not sure if you found something to help you but what I have found from personal experience is that any exercise I do for the chest will inevitably reduce the size, for eg. push-ups work those muscles as well. Hope you find something soon to help you!! 😘😘

I agree with you.. I'm 29 and facial exercises don't even correct my minor signs of aging.. nothing has replaced using fillers or a thread lift.. though it's soooo expensive and I feel like I'm blowing money, so I decided to accept aging
