Tip 1: always dry your hair gently, use a tee-shirt Tip 2: use hydrating mask once a week Tip 3: invest in a frizz fighting serum Tip 4: putting your hair in a protective hair style e.g. a high bun or a braid. Maybe invest in a silk pillowcase Tip 6: avoid shampooing your hair everyday

As a hair stylist, I agree with all of these! One more tip I would give is to leave your hair alone! If you're over styling, teasing, and wearing tight styles, it causes breakage and breakage= dull, damaged, frizzy hair. Let it air dry, wear loose braids, and embrace your natural hair whether that's fine and straight or thick and curly or anything in between.

More specific: 1. Dry hair with a cotton shirt, it's more gentle than a towel 2. use a high-quality mask with good oils and no silicons 3. use a fizz-fighting serum every day 4. protective hairstyle when you go to bed, such as a bun or braid 5. don't shampoo your hair every day

USING SILK IS AMAZINGG Guys I have kinda curly hair, that is wavy when combed a lot and I had all this frizz sticking up everywhere. It was so bad I had no idea what to do. I heard silk was good for your hair so when took a shower instead of drying it with a towel I spent maybe 10 to 20 minutes while watching tv patting it with a silk tank top I own, and I wear it and sleep with it around by head after evening showers. It has not permanently fixed my hair by all mean but in one day majority frizz was gone I was so glad! Its so amazing! :D

If you're looking for a more affordable way to protect your hair during sleep, try a satin sleeping cap or snood. I've been using one for 2 months and my hair is way less frizzy and tangled than when I slept with it braided. I started using your hair mask, scalp treatment, and rose elixir a month ago, and I just love them! My hair is noticeably more shiny and silky. My husband even commented on it! I'm going to try out your shampoo and conditioner once I've run out of my current ones. I can't wait! 😄

Thanks so much for your comment/suggestion! We're dying to try the sleeping caps as we've heard so much about them. I think that would be a great way to preserve a hairstyle. We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying the products and that they are improving your hair health. Please let us know what you think of the shampoo/conditioner :) - Avalon

I'm really stuck between braiding my hair and just leaving it alone. If I leave it alone, I will legit wake up like I put a lion snapchat filter. If I braid it (loose or tight), it will either fall off or my hair would form a weird texture... not to mention it will still stay frizzy. My hair is dry, thick, frizzy and it has high porosity.... but it's straight. It's not kinky, it's not curly and it's not wavy. It's just a huge chunk of deformed "straight" hair. I've used all of the curly girl techniques to try and see whether or not my hair might be wavy, but it's just not. I've been using coconut oil for almost a year now and I've seen SOME results but not a lot. My hair is overall less frizzy but it's still very voluminous. I shed A. LOT. of hair strands throughout the day. I can just touch it and like 10 strands would slide throughout my palms. My bedroom floor wouldn't last a day without a carpet of hair all over

I have thick frizzy hair and I get keratin treatments every 3-5 months. In the shower I'm very careful as warm water opens the cuticles and so this makes your hair prone to breakage. I also rinse my conditioner with cool water as this locks in the conditioner and closes the cuticles. I then spray a leave in protein conditioner, fudge one stop. I let my hair air dry till almost (95%) dry. Then I style with low heat for 5 mins. It's made a big difference. After this I put in a Moroccan oil treatment to finish off. Happy hair care. xxx

Great advice! Here in Savannah, the humidity is insane. I’ve tried washing less than daily and it’s a no go for me. Even with dry shampoo, I still feel gross. So I wash daily with an all natural shampoo. And I also use The Innate Life rose hair elixir daily on the ends and a light leave in at the mid shaft.

If you have wavy to curly hair I recommend following the curly girl method. Using a sulfate and silicone free shampoo and conditioner. Hydrating the hair as much as possible. Rinse with cold water (this goes for all types of hair) the warm water opens up the cuticles in the hair that is great for when you condition and hidrate the hair but at the end of the shower you want the cuticles to lay as flat as possible to seal in the moisture. And that's what could water does. Cowash you hair instead of shampooing. But every once in a while do clarify because product overload can also cause frizz. Remember frizz is just a curl waiting to happen. Good luck.

Nice video. Do you ship to India? If not then please please start doing so. I am not able to find ur products anywhere in India.

Ishika Garg you should try amazon! It's a website that sells a lot of stuff, including hair products, and has the option to choose a country (shows you products that are shipped to that country). Look it up and search the name of the products or brands you want :) in case you can't find inmate products go to curly penny here on KZfaq, in the description of her videos you can find the link to her India Amazon page where you have tons of natural products of her selection being sold and you can choose the one that fits you the most

More people need to talk about hair porosity. Low porosity = you need more moisture. High porosity = you need more protein. I've struggled with frizz just about my entire life so I thought my hair needed more moisture. Nope, my high porosity hair needs more protein to help seal in the hydration. Look for ingredients like keratin and hydrolyzed wheat protein.
