Here is a video of a laser hair removal procedure on the face of a black man with dark skin who was dealing with razor bumps and ingrown hairs. We used a 1064 Nd Yag laser to treat his skin. He had perifollicular edema after the treatment which is normal. Afterward, we treated the area with aloe.
