Doubts with usage of glyco 1. I have a doubt that do I need compulsorily use moisturizer is there a way to skip that And also 2. I wanted to clearly know that we should apply it at night and go to bed after 30mins of applying or apply wait 1hr or 30 mins wash and then go to bed what type of usage is it.. .... 3. I want to also use glyco 12 for upper body tan so how should I use it like .... Please help me with my query

Each and every dermatologist is going to get offended about what I say now....Please let your body get to tanned nicely... protect your face with sunscreen... That's sufficient.. because sun exposure limitation causes severe vitamin d deficiency... my vitamin d level went below 3 ng ( normal should be above 30ng) after 9 years of religious sunscreen usage... After taking vitamin d supplements daily my level is constantly 22 ng(still can't able to achieve normal level)... I am a mbbs graduate preparing for pg entrance... Nowadays I am sunbathing in the evening for 1 hour daily... Tanning is good atleast for your hands and legs... Please love it like the foreign people do...

Aanchal mam it is not the context but on one of ur video on oil skin routine u told to use "azelaic acid cream, tretinoin cream, benzyl peroxide gel, hyaluronic acid ceremids, alpha hydroxy acid creams" should i use all of them or only some of them. hope u reply me.
