I am 28 years female. Still experiencing this under my eyes. Doesn't appear from front. When I look upwards with my face tilting downward, it is visible. I am not fat, follow a sedentary lifestyle, been skinny since 4 years, use screen a lot. This eyebag issue gives me an appearance of a tired person. What do I do? I don't like myself in the selfies anymore.
