I'm a month in and have gotten into some robust workflows with Milanote. I feel it'll be a game changer for me and how organize and ideate my work. I'm very organized and structured with documents and notes, but this is leveling it up to accomodate my natural creative brain and need for visualization. It's my new favorite thing aside from this mango juice I've found lol

wow. Thank you so much. You made this 2 years ago and I just found Milanote yesterday. I thought I knew what it could do but... nope! Thanks so much for opening my eyes to this tool and its possibilities. Love that you brought your personal life in to it too as we're planning some trips and what a neat way to add web sites, etc for those "must see" places! To collaborate with my husband on where we will go! How fun. But most excited to use this for my podcast and collaborating with my team in its creation. Thanks again.

in under 20 mins, you've helped me uplevel places where I was floundering with Milanote. I'm combining it with Trello (more formal, linear Kanban-style boards) to boost my organization and creative ide capture to new levels. Amazing presentation, thanks 1M!

Hi Stephen, nice video! Looks like you're getting some good use out of Milanote :) Did you know you can create your own templates? If you right click on your template board, choose "Convert to template". Then when you create a new board you can find it under "More templates... > Your custom templates" in the popup that shows up. Cheers

Sweetness! Just discovered this tool today and came to youtube to learn more about it. Thanks for sharing how you work with this! I can see myself using it for a lot of things, though I am starting to find it hard to know which tool/app to use for which part of my process. Hopefully at a minimum this can help me combine all of my random notes and idea into one place. I wonder if I can attach and play back audio memos that I have created.

Nice. I wonder if you would consider sharing a series of your empty templates? There's obviously a ton of value there for those (like me) who are starting out and trying to build an effective structure for everything. I'm (also) one of those people with hundreds (maybe thousands?) of voice and note recordings in a variety of places, including Evernote - and just not making any use of them as they are so out of sight.

Great demo, it’s such an incredible app. Just wondering what the options are when it comes to sharing. Can I embed images, notes, audio files, video files, and more, and then export the whole thing in one single file that contains all the stuff for someone who doesn’t have Milanote.

It is a cloud app so it doesn't use a file or I can't do what you are describing. You can export a PDF or you can invite them to also use the board which they can do with a free version of an account

@Luxx07113 жыл бұрын
Milanote looks nice and clean but also has less features than miro. Miro looks more like a traditional but boring whiteboard. Miro has many features and a more generously free plan but Milanote speaks more to the creative in me. Man that's not easy.

You lost me at subscription. Too many "subscription" model companies suck you in and when you have committed resources to their format, they sell out to the vulture capitalists who extort the users or provide suboptimal service tin order to profit from their investment. This is especially bad for creatives who work in teams. You could lose all your work . Now if this were a user owned subscription model, where the user made the rules and the company could not be sold without a 2/3 consent of users, and no person had more than one vote, I could be interested in that.
