How to plan your Field Hockey Fitness Workouts?
Fitness training for Field Hockey is hard! As players we need to be good at a really wide range of athletic disciplines; cardio endurance, speed, agility, core strength, leg strength and muscle endurance!
It’s a long list which is why planning and periodizing your training is so important - this video will show you how.

these are really good videos, its great how you show alternative ways to train a specific "move" if you don`t have access to a large outdoor space. very helpful for those inner city dwellers in smaller apartments. thank you!!

thanks for this. The differentiation between aerobic and anaerobic running was really interesting. I always thought if you weren't puffing, you weren't working hard enough. Thanks for this.

Please upload again I recently found your channel and I’m glad I subscribed because you make great content I’ve watched almost everything and I’d love to see a follow up video on this talking about each aspect of hockey fitness because it’s hard to find good info online for this so pls upload again u made great content keep it up👍
