That dang CJ went to the most restrictive area in SA. He's bout that life tho. Just a side note you can to(Las Ventura)to the building next to the above ground parking lot. There is a underground parking lot across the street. You enter the garage thru a alley off street. The best way to find it is go burger shot, pool hall go to light east of these places l. Make left go north you will run directly to the parking garages. And the other location is in San Ferro train bridge. The tan structure closet to the city. Looks like 40ft mini tunnel. If coming from LV it the last structure before going downhill into tunnel.
