sir, you can help me. I have project similar to this. If temperature go beyond 400 C then we need to send email. Only difference is we have to use k type thermocouple to measure that high temperature.

Hi I’m wanting a temperature alert system for my vehicle so I know if the temperature gets too hot or cold for my dogs. Can I use this system so it text/calls when the temperature exceeds it’s limits? Can I also text the unit and get the unit to send me an update of the temperature?

I think its not possible. You can try that with RF Transmitter Receiver Sensor.

Yes possible. I have used GSM shield. If you have separate GSM module also it will work.
