He literally ignored the teller lady's directions to go DOWN he'd be there in a minute directly in that office. He's blaming others, but can't even follow instructions. Instead he went up with stairs and then took just bloody random steps down which are for very specific buses. Then he ignored wall texts both outside and inside. He had airport bus auromat, he ignored it. He stood in line for private bus company. The guy didn't even have to serve him but he friendly told him you can just go wait outside, no reason to pay here when you ALREADY AREN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO READ I'M NOT OFFICE YOU NEED. He thinks this is some third world country that every bus stops wherever, and they have very specific places for each. If the guy said here, it's here, it's not on 281 other platforms around. He nerved me out so much.

@@croat1455 Brazil is a continental country, with multiple realities. It is formed by 5 regions, and each one of them has its particularities. The Southeast region is the most developed, but it is the most dangerous. The South region has characteristics closer to Europe. It's not an easy question to answer.

@@jj4774ns-te5px There is a set of attitudes that express good communication. The way to speak, the way to express yourself, the way to guide. Everything is very subtle. A look, a gesture, body language says a lot about the person. From my point of view, taking into account the set of facts, there was neglect. We know that tourists are disoriented people by nature, it's a new situation, a new place, a different gesture, which needs different attention from that given to a local resident.

@@walk_nomade it's not really a neglect, it's just such cultural difference what you may notice. In a smaller and less busy town, where people are less stressed and tired and busy, people may be found going far to help a tourist, but I'm not sure how far the emotional affection would be seen on their faces anyway because nobody wants to feel as a fool. It's rather a style in some parts of Europe - you'll get help but you'll get honesty and no fakeness in approach on street. It's different with actual tourist services workers who are educated to serve with certain gestures "because certain clientelle expects it", such as waiters or receptionists in fine dining restaurants etc.
