It was only then that I really started to live MY BEST LIFE B'cos I was finally living in my truth and that was truly the key to my happiness which let to my happiness. If you are happy, then you're free! If you're Happy, then you're successful. Success is NOT measured by what you have or what you've archived, it comes from CONTENTMENT.

Hey Fumi, Judge Lynn Toler is someone that helped me a lot with this. On her show she always used to ask people to list a few things that were wrong about them, and she always used to say that if you can't say anything that is wrong with you, it means you have no self-awareness. I have been journaling for many years, and decided to write of what my flaws were, and ended up with a list of 13 things. Even if you don't share with other people what your flaws are, I think it's really healthy for you to be aware of them, and try to change the ones you believe will make you better person ❤

I was with my ex husband for over a couple of decades. After my divorce, I realised that I never really knew who I was. So I developed a little course for myself covering things like my priorities, personality, temperament, drivers, dreams, strengths, weaknesses, love languages, deal breakers, fears, threats, things I like, needs, talents etc! I found that I am a reserved introvert, who loves to love on others but wasn't very good at stating my own needs. I recharge from my own energy so need time on my own. A deep thinking, reflective melancholic, and if unchecked is prone to feelings of sadness. I'm motivated by making a positive impact on others! I realised that in all things God comes first for me, this also keeps me grounded! I enjoy being creative, love history, art etc. There's so much more, I would recommend this to everyone!!!

Yes, Fums. You were speaking about you but really speaking about me. I had been suffering in silence for a long time and I found when I lovingly and gently confront my family they would shun me, ghost me, and ice me out of their lives. I recently came to the realization that I can not handle that level of toxicity and definitely have to move before the end of the year, God permits so that I can open myself to the type of love I need and deserve.

I love these words WOW. Sometimes you doubt yourself because those who don't know themselves and are very insecure or only want something out of you, are also everywhere you go. They might even be your family members. They don't tend to like people who know what they want out of life. So suddenly you believe that you're too much or start feeling inadequate because every other person makes you feel that way. Be true to yourself and open to bettering yourself everyday are the truest words anyone could ever say! Much love 💕

I realized that I have made mistakes and I am the only that can correct those mistakes. I dont have negative people or fake friendships anymore.I am now able to say no and that what I do. Fear of people misconception of me was one of my concerns, but now I have learned to accept whatever comes. I am now learning to know myself realizing that I am who God makes me to be. I am not perfect, but I am one in a million, no one else was made with my blueprint. Thank you Mrs Fumi. You look fabulous.

The best way to get to know yourself is to get comfortable with spending time alone and learning how to listen to your inner voice, which is the voice of God (otherwise known as intuition). Constantly being out & about, and always around other people makes it hard to know which inputs come from you vs. which inputs come from others. Getting to know yourself builds self-trust and self-confidence that comes from within, and not from the influence and opinion of others. The Kingdom of God is within. As within, so without. As Above, So Below. Know Thyself!
