How to get from Bangkok to Koh Lipe Island in Sothern Thailand! I will explain the whole trip by plane, bus and boat. The boat company was PloySiam.
The price of the minivan and Boat from Hat Yai Airport is 850 THB. There are several speedboat companies, we took PloySiam, you can book your trip with them online www.ploysiamspeedboat.com.

Koh Lipe is great, we where there last year exectly on this time. We did your trip reversed and comming from Koh Lanta, 3 Hours in the speedboat 🙂. And we stayed in Akira.

Its a bit out of the way but a nice place to visit if you are down in the deep south. Surprisingly good food there, too.

Got to see the island tour, rain season moves south during Nov and December which are the rainiest months down there. Up is Bangkok it starts to dry out late November.

Koh Lipe must be a prime example of overdevelopment, sustainability/trash problems and paradise lost.

Was there 15 years ago and it was incredible before they moved the locale fishing people along .with their village so they could develop the island. Our buddy and his wife owned a dive boat from there . Now just another over developed tiny island. I guess that’s progress….

I'm curious to see how Koh Kradan is now. I haven't visited in 7 years, and it's still my favorite island to have spent time on in Thailand. If it's still paradise, please don't post the video 😂. I want to visit the island again in the near future.
